Tim Kelly Lifetime Achievement Award

In 1991, Emperor Gary Winkler presented Emperor Tim Kelly with an award for service to the Empire. That same year, Empress Fanci Free gave the court a perpetual plaque to bear Tim Kelly’s name. The first recipients were given the honor of selecting the winner(s) for the next year, a tradition that has continued to today.

The plaque was handed down at Coronation until 1995 when it was presented at Vancouver’s Saturday in the Park. That practice continued until 1999 when the award was again announced at Coronation.
